There are other benefits too such as burning calories faster, removing toxins from your system and digesting food for instance.

A beauty secret that is pleasant and painless is daily bathing; it invigorates the body and refreshes the mind. It is ideal as a refresher in the morning or as a relaxant in the evening and an ideal way to prepare for sleep. The expression bright eyed and bushy tailed has a real meaning for those who get a good night's sleep.
