We are an award wining Malaysian contact center outsourcer and as part as our expansion, we have the following immediate vacancies:

Executive Customer Service - based at Cyberjaya

•Diploma / Degree or SPM with related working experience
•Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
•Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with positive working attitude
•Dynamic, highly motivated, a result orientated team player with good interpersonal skills
•Ability to work on shifts (morning shifts only 4 am -earliest, 11 am - latest;)
•Able to start work immediately

Executive Technical Support - based at Cyberjaya

•Diploma / Degree in IT related discipline
•Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
•Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with positive working attitude
•Dynamic, highly motivated, a result orientated team player with good interpersonal skills
•Ability to work on shifts (morning shifts only 4 am -earliest, 11 am - latest;)
•Able to start work immediately
