2-months Account Assistant @ Dataran 32, Petaling Jaya

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 2-months Account Assistant:

Job Requirements:

1) Accounts Receivable - Check sales invoices against collection, daily card settlements against card statements, ensure daily sales and collections are correctly recorded in General Ledger.

2)Ensure all sales invoices in sequence. Reconcile cash and cheque received accounts and also all the card clearing accounts.

3)Ensure all collections are received when due.

4)Knowledge of Microsoft office, MYOB accounting system is an advantage

5)Able to communicate well and a dynamic worker to complete tasks in a stipulate time.

Working arrangement:
Monday - Friday,9am-6pm

Salary:
Remuneration commensurate with qualification & experience (RM 1000/month - RM1200/month)

Remarks:
Must be able to start immediate (Monday,8th June 2009)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for the following position to accommodate its expansion and growth.

Job Description:

a)Knows how to sell diamonds.
b)To appear professional.
c)To invite customers to the shop
d)To arrange the goods displayed.
e)To clean the counter.
f)To provide and maintain highest level of customer
service to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Working arrangement:

a)Must be able to commit at least any of 4 DAYS a Week(except Sunday)
b)Working from 3pm-6pm (3 hours)

Salary:
RM7/hour+performance allowance from RM50-RM100

Job Requirement:
-Applicants should be friendly, well-groomed,proactive and customer oriented.
-Preferable young self-motivated lady that able to
work independently.
